After a long and successful career in hair styling, Mark started Manning’s Maids in the summer of 2007 with an interest in using clean, green products to help our environment.

Mark is very detail-oriented, and to this day, he is very hands-on. That attention to detail shows in all of our work.

The entire Manning’s Maids staff is insured and bonded. We screen and train every person who comes to work for us. Every crew leader has at least 10 years of professional cleaning experience. As one of our valued clients, you can be completely confident that only the most experienced professionals are in charge of cleaning your property.

Do you meet with new clients and tour the home or business to be cleaned?Yes, if requested. Mark, the owner, will do a walk through.

Who does the cleaning?With Manning’s Maids, you’ll always have a trained, experienced professional cleaning your property. Each crew leader has over 10 years of professional cleaning experience, and everyone on the crew is thoroughly trained to do the best possible job.

How thorough are you really?Our clients give us rave reviews for how thorough our cleaning teams are. We’ll stay until the job is done right, and that means doing a thorough job.

What metro areas do you serve?For residential clients: Middle to lower Montgomery County and Northeast and Northwest DC. For commercial clients: anywhere in the greater DC metro area (DC, Maryland, and Virginia).

Are you competitive with the big chains?Yes, of course, we are. Our prices are competitive, and our service blows the competition away. Residential Clients: Your first cleaning (usually a deep cleaning) is performed by a two or three-person crew. A two-person crew is $110.00 per/hr A three-person crew is $155.00 per/hr After your initial cleaning, we recommend a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning schedule. Commercial Clients: We set up contracts that will exceed your standards and expectations with competitive pricing.
